Coaching Licensing |
We encourage all Class 4 (recreational) coaches to obtain
at minimum an F level coaching license. At the Class 3
(Metro) level, you must have both a referee
certification and an E license to be a head coach and an
F license to be an assistant coach. Be sure to plan
ahead if you`re thinking about going Metro next year,
because you have to wait six months after taking the F
clinic to take the E clinic.

 I
would like to introduce to you Coach Dave Mendoza. He
has been coaching with Fruitridge Soccer since 1985. He
has coached for 20 plus years. He started with a U6
boy’s team and brought them all the way up to U-19 metro
team. He won the District 2000 and 2001 U-16 boy’s team.
Currently, he coaches the Necaxa U-16 girls metro team.
They placed 2nd in the District cup for both 2007 and
2008. This year, the went to the state cup. His hobbies
not only include soccer but drag racing. He has filled
almost every seat on the soccer board except for
treasurer and secretary. Please help me thank Dave for
all his time and support for our organization.
