U-6 to
U-8 $75 dollars and additional $20 for new uniform (If
Needed)

U-10 to U19 $110 dollars
and an additional $35 dollars for new uniforms (If needed)

There will be a late registration
fee increase of $20.00 after June 2nd
2012.
To make the registration process quick,
please complete the
application form. New players will also need a
1inch by 1 inch picture and birth certificate.

2013-2014 season. Our board is dedicated to providing
quality service to our players, coaches and families and
has worked diligently during the season to provide a
great experience for its members. In order for us to

names of new players from now until our carnival on August 14th. Some
players may have to take the uniform that has been pre-ordered due to
registration tardiness. When working with Jennette, please be polite
as she is working her best to satisfy players, their parents, and coaches.

The Southgate Recreation &
Park District Board of Directors meets on the first
and third Tuesday of each month at the
Florin Community History Center, 7245 Fletcher
Farm Drive. The meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and
public attendance is welcomed and encouraged.
Information on field assignments for the soccer
clubs will be dispersed in March meeting. For
